How it works

Install the app and open the leads list; three smart scripts appear via the Extensions/Smart Cases button. Configure each script after installation and set up an SMS provider in the Contact Center to enable  the SMS script. You can edit the message text, select leads, and run the chosen script across the selected leads.

Yes. The SMS script lets you send a pre‑edited message to selected leads.

Can we add observers to many leads at once?

Yes. The observer script applies observers to the selected leads.
