ZapSign Signatures connects Bitrix24 to ZapSign (zapsign.com.br), anelectronic signature platform with legal validity in Brazil (Law 14.063/2020, MP 2.200-2, ICP Brasil). Send the PDFs attached to your deals for signature without leaving the CRM, track the status of each signature, and automatically receive the signed documents back on the deal.
How it works:
1. Install the app and connect your ZapSign account on the Settings screen (API token).
2. Choose, among your pipeline's fields, which ones receive the status, the signing links, the PDFs to send, and the signed PDFs returned.
3. Add the "Send for signature" robot to your pipeline automation, atthe desired stage.
4. Done — every deal that reaches that stage automatically has itsdocuments sent for signature, and the result comes straight back tothe deal.
