Lexware Connect links your Bitrix24 CRM directly to your Lexware Office accounting software, automating the flow from sales deal to invoice.
Key features:
• Automatic document creation — as a deal reaches your configured Pipeline stages, the app creates or updates the corresponding Quotation and Invoice in Lexware Office.
• Two-way contact sync — export existing Lexware Office contacts into Bitrix24, and keep contacts/companies in sync between both systems.
• Configurable business rules — choose whether Bitrix24 changes should overwrite already-synced Lexware Office records, and optionally restrict sync to Lexware Office contacts with the "customer" role only.
• Finalization control — independently enable finalization for quotations and invoices to match your internal approval process.
• Built-in installation monitoring — a dedicated admin console shows live Bitrix24 and Lexware Office connection status, token state, and pipeline stage configuration, with a one-click "Verify and fix" tool for common installation issues.
• Multi-language interface — English and German UI supported.

- Business 50 and Enterprise 250 — from €49/month (billed annually), €54/month (6-month billing), €61/month (monthly billing), or €588/year (paid upfront)
All plans include a 30-day free trial; no charge until the trial ends. Current pricing is always visible in the app's Billing tab after installation.
Requirements: a valid Lexware Office (lexoffice) account with API access is required. Automatic real-time synchronization of contacts/companies (via lexoffice webhooks) requires a lexoffice plan that supports the Contacts API; on plans without this support, contact/company data can still be imported through the one-time export, but automatic real-time updates from lexoffice will not be available. This does not affect quotation or invoice creation.
The app requires access to your Bitrix24 CRM (deals, companies, contacts, custom fields) and to the lexoffice API to function.
